For the attachment, are the dates 10 - 21 Dec 2007 suitable for you?
If it is, you will be attached to my department -- Projects and Infrastructure work.
We do both court work as well as drafting work.
You will get to attend court hearings, client meetings, read project files, agreements.
In between, you will get to know the other 20 over lawyers in my department.
Unfortunately, for student attachments by those who are not in the University already, the firm does not pay any allowance at all.
(But we'll make sure someone treats you to lunch everyday!)
Let me know, and I'll inform HR to firm up the dates.
