todays training was quite ok (:

miss chng didn't come so it started off by me returning the keys to miss tan~
then we warmed up along the shelter updown x3
stretching
then i guess we played like the shooting game,,?
yupyup!
team2 owned cos we shot alot in at the right times ^^

then we played husband and wife~

bella found out liting secret !
liting will put either scissors paper or stone =DD

NETBALL of course =)
me played centre of course
